Hello again....

First....thanks to all of you for your thoughtful replies regarding my

bipolar dx. I can't tell you how much it means to feel your support,

especially after my last appt. with both my primary care physician and then

my therapist. My doctor told me that the the problem with that

psychiatrists and neurologists face is that they have to actually speak

directly with the diseased organ. I'm changing doctors. If that is her

opinion of me and assumes that anything I say is the product of a diseased

mind.....well....let's just say that I disagree. This last Friday, my

therapist told me he agreed fully with my doctor. He became argumentative

and made it impossible for me to continue with him as well. My husband was

in that session with me and after the fact, figured out that risk management

probably told them both to dump me. Sigh....back to the drawing board.

They did, however, give me a gift. I was looking outside myself for

answers. I was looking in the wrong direction.

Jeff, I've taken CranioSacral Therapy I and II. It is one of the things I

am looking into as an adjunct tx, as I've seen tremendous changes in many

clients, emotionally as well as physically. You just affirmed my own

instincts. (btw, I'm on a couple of CST lists with you, but have only been

lurking....didn't know you were over here...lol!)

Rich...No I haven't tried what you suggested, but be assured that I will

look into it!

Now this is something I've never heard of, and would never have imagined.

It sounds quite interesting and I'll follow the links you've sent. Thank

you...

You're the second person recommending the EFT. I'll check it out.....

LOL....I've been seeing a Network chiro for 8 years now. She was trained by

Donald Epstein, and is one of the folks that flies around the world teaching

seminars. I wouldn't change chiros for the world....She's been telling me to

look more closely at my diet for years. Guess it's time I listened more

closely....<grin>

Thanks again.....I appreciate the support.

Blessings and smiles,

Sandy
