Thanks for your suggestion.. EFT looks VERY interesting to me as I'm

into these kinds of healing techniques. I have already downloaded

the free manual and you can be sure I will use it.(If only this

depression thing didn't have the symptom of delaying good

things :o) )

 

Yes diet is very important too... What we eat and what we think so

we become..In the times of my grandparents people were healthier and

happier and one reason of this is because they had a more nutritious

diet.This point mustn't be ignored, I know.

 

As a start, because I need to have SOME energy to do allthe good

things and use these great tools, I am on some meds temporarily and

later we will work on my issues with my therapist, I know I will be

fine..The universe helps us when we help ourselves.
