Guest guest
Hello, I'm new here and by way of introduction I thought I'd post about my current health problem. I have always had issues with shyness, lack of condfidence and some low achieving. Over the years I have done many things and worked hard on improving myself. I have been a follower of Louise Hay for some years now and used her affirmation tape and mirror work and know that it worked for me. This along with several other revelations in my life has improved my confidence to the point that I now am qualified in what I do and have held down a job for a year. It has taken me a long time to get where I am now but I feel better now as a middle aged woman (48) than I ever did as a young woman fighting to hide anxieties and losing my way in life more than once. I am now very much on track but have to fight a lot of opposition in the form of oppressors like neighbours, nuclear family and certain authorities. Anyway, back to my current problem. I am five foot four inches of small build and weigh in at around 10 stone. Fine, you may think, the only problem with this is I also look about five months pregnant because I have a severely bloated abdomen which is becoming increasingly uncomfortable although not actually painful (only to my pride), that is! Three years ago I had a major gyny op and the improvement to my well being was immediate both physically and mentally. I also had my first spiritual experience around this time, but since then have been left with this absurd looking abdomen which I have tried everything to shift and nothing works. I know that stress can cause problems in this area but I do make time to relax after work and I do enjoy my job, so I don't think the job is stressing me. I am the type of person who attracts harrassment and bullying though and I think this is what is causing this malady. I have had medical checks (grotty examinations) to see if they could find any cause but halted at going as far as exploratory examination involving being put out because this is what triggered my spiritual experience. I am not afraid of my spiritual experience but I am afraid of the ignorance surrounding it so I will not consent to any further examinations involving a general anethstetic. This leaves me with my five months 'pregant' bump and the problem of how to get rid. In myself I feel well, happy well adjusted and in control of my life choices, so I am ruling out serious physical illness. No this is an emotional overload of some kind, like my guts are fit to blow. Would appreciate any advice on this. best wishes Katrina
Guest guest
Welcome! Thanks for joining. This is a great bunch of people around here. I know you will enjoy the wisdom, acceptance and love. PS I am going back to school and am doing a major research paper on how online dating has changed our communications and socialization in this century. Would anyone be interested in helping me out. Here is 3 brief questions, rather than take up the list's space for our regular stuff, please email me at my regular email address with your answers. I am interested in any one of you have tried it and what successes or not you have/are having. 1. How much time do you spend on line communicating on an online romance, meeting spot. Please differentiate time like on match. Com and time in a chat room 2. Have you joined any services? how much do you pay? Was it cost effective for the results you obtained? 3. Is your experience better or worse than old traditional dating ways, why or why not? 4. list 3 pros for online and 3 hazards 5 best advice. Thank you very much for considering participation of my research project. No names will be used unless you specifically say it is OK, then only first names will be used. Guest guest
I think that the Emotional Freedom Technique could help a lot with your various issues. http://www.emofree.com/ You can read all about it at the above site. However, for maximum relief I suspect you'll need to work with someone. There is a list of practitioners at the site, most of whom would work with you via the phone or in person if the geography works out. It,s simple but profound, when i sense a energy coming towards me ,blame, anger, aggression , I put a crystal around me , a huge clear crystal around my whole body, and already i find i dont react, and im able to have more compassion for the attacker. This maay sound redicules, but it works. Also the book Loving what is, helps to heal and release our our negitive paterning. Best to you, L.J.
Guest guest
Do you know your blood type? Also you might want to try bathing in 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide (diluted) baths. This will help detoxify your body and get rid of the fats within. Gale ^i^ http://www.AwakeningsEnergy.com Painting the concrete green doesn't mean you have a garden! Guest guest
---Hello Ira, It does not sound ridiculous at all to me and its the kind of understanding I am seeking. I wish to deal with this as far as is possible without any more medical intervention. There is a great deal of anger and aggression around me, unjustly so when it is directed directly at me. I live in a block of flats where the people who live around me seem to resent everything about me and I can say and do nothing right in their eyes. I struggle to deal with this as I am basically a kind and gentle person who takes a lot before I myself finally blow. By 'putting a crystal around me' you mean of course imagining it to be there? I will try and do this, thank you for your advice. best wishes Katrina In , " Ira Rosenberg " <irarosen@m...> wrote: > Thank you for the courage to share, the tihing that struck me is that you > seem to collect the energy f others, a simple exercise has helped me alot. > It,s simple but profound, when i sense a energy coming towards me ,blame, > anger, aggression , I put a crystal around me , a huge clear crystal around > my whole body, and already i find i dont react, and im able to have more > compassion for the attacker. This maay sound redicules, but it works. Guest guest
---Hello rich, thanks for your input. Yes I have already viewed the site whilst checking some of the back messages for the group. I have also checked for a local practitioner and was pleasantly surprised that there is one quite local who actully specialises in womens issues. I think I would like to understand more about this technique before I cantacted her though and then, dependant on cost of course, I may like to work with her. best wishes Katrina In , rputman@a... wrote: > I think that the Emotional Freedom Technique could help a lot with your > various issues. > http://www.emofree.com/ > You can read all about it at the above site. This will help detoxify your body and get rid of the fats within. I haven't heard of 'food grade hydrogen peroxide' before but I have detoxed before using an anti cellulite diet, this was years ago before my hysterectomy. I have tried this diet again recently to try to combat the 'bump' and had a severe 8 hour bout of pains equivalent to food poisening which would indicate to me that this type of dieting is not suitable for the menopausal woman. Bathing seems like a soothing way to detox. I may ask at my local health food shop about the product you mention. Thanks. > best wishes Katrina
Guest guest
---Hello Kate, one of the GP's that I saw about my bloating who examined my stomach thought it was highly possible that I had IBS, (Irittable bowel syndrome) but he did say that this type of thing was very difficult do diagnose. My feelings were that this was not the case since I did not have this before my hysterectomy. This GP was also the one that I bravely told about my spiritual experience and much to my surprise he actually believed me! He did say though that we should not speak to the dead and that if this experience was still troubling me he recommeded a lady's name from a local church that he knew. When I looked further into this recommedation it seemed to be connected to 'exorcism' in some way. Needless to say I did not contact this lady. I can't help feeling the bloating is connected to the spiritual experience that occured in the recovery room immediately after my op, when I became deeply distressed and emotional as a result of quite frightening and extraordinary events. Almost like I have been left with a set of unresolved issues which have politely planted themselves in my guts and aint gonna move till I sorts them out!! Guest guest
You might try getting some orgone creations around you, it turns the negative into positives and anyone negative doesn't seem to stay when the orgone is in the air. I have seen this firsthand myself. There is also protection with orgone and you can give it an INTENT and see what happens. There is so many uses for 35% food grade H202 as well. Hope you enjoyed my website. Gale ^i^ http://www.AwakeningsEnergy.com Painting the concrete green doesn't mean you have a garden! Guest guest
---No because quite frankly having suffered 20 or more years of heavy bleeding I was glad to get rid of my uterus. I have two grown up children and no plans for any more and I kept my overies so it was no loss.
