In the PRC, internal med specialists do not have to learn these subjects. " I never paid much attention to the qi gong classes, not because I wasn't interested, but because I can't learn a set of movements without a written accompaniment to practice with on my own. So I never practiced, except for the one set that one teacher typed up for us. I do think it is vital to move around more. I would have liked to see 10 minute stretching exercises in our classroom. It's hard not to get stiff and bored as the teacher reads from the textbook. (yawn) I would have loved to had Todd and Will as teachers! If we had regular stretching, as well as breaks to go buy snacks, herbs and visit, I would have gladly taken medical Chinese instead of qi gong, which I have not retained anyway. Guest guest
Swamy: I am sorry you had trouble with the site. It should not take more than a few seconds to load unless you have a slow modem. I am working on a new site that will be ready by the first of the year. That problem should be eliminated. I am finally upgrading from Frontpage to Dreamweaver. I'll send out the link when the site previews. I will check out your site. Thank you for sharing.
