The Sentient Ones

 

The sentient ones

whisper to the waters

" rise up ye fountainheads of Mother/Father God

let your waters cleanse and renew

the minds of man

Reveal to them the mercy of the heart

which has patiently awaited the Light

of their attention

to impart Its Divine Wisdom

May your waters cleanse and enlighten their eyes

to see the Sacredness of All

including that which they see in their reflections

Wash the dead skin from their feet

so they may feel the heartbeat of Mother/Father Earth

to know it is not just sand and rock

Pour over their skins to purge illusions of color

and reveal the breath and blood

common to All

Go forth ye' fountainheads of Mother/Father God

worry not for yourselves

or any other

For it is already written

Go forth "
