You don't need needles to be a self treater. learning the points and locations

of meridians is important, massage and or doing what I usually do, (Sticks and

rocks on points) might help if you are interested in medicine. I stopped a

asthma attack on the street the other day by adjusting the triple/burner/lung

area and heart 1. I asked the patient to 'Fill up your stomach with air by using

your nose to inhale (I placed my finger on the solar plexus to illustrate)-

breathe OUT from the mouth. It worked!!
