There is so much of this lower muck around it is hard to avoid ,feed upon good things , uplifting things, things that feel like a breath of fresh air. More steer conversation's to dwell on these things rather than flow with someone elses dwelling on the muck.- very subtle this but you will find there is a lot of negative people out there – all dying to let you feel like them.
