Self Healing Shock

Hello Christina,

I have gone thorough your mail,. addressed to all. From my point of view there

should not be any jolt while doing self healing. Though cosmic energy knocks the

door of the patient in distant healing but self healing i never realized so.

Kindly let me know your practice of self healing then i would be able to guide u

about the jolt which u receive during self healing.

Hi Ramesh: My practice on self, includes two modalities:

1. Meditation (using a one word mantra) with the sutra's (Palanjeli - How

to know God) I meditate for 20 minutes daily and have for close to 20

years.

2. Reiki (as a Master I use 5 Japanese symbols, of Oriental script) Of

course there are three levels of Reiki, and the student learns slowly over

the years. Reiki is a hands on healing method, that is also very effective

long distance - given to others.

 

Over the years, I have felt a smooth energy - perhaps kundalini ?- rising

slowly to open the chakra system. Lately, during my self Reiki treatments,

the energy has been more intense and sort of " rushes " up my body - perhaps

to clear away a blockage, perhaps to clear up some dis-ease.

 

Reiki self treatment is done by placing the hands first on the crown chakra

and moving down through each vortex center, until one gets to the root

chakra, applying the symbol for power, distance, emotional healing, and soul

clearing. It is a beautiful energy - and quite effective, although only in

this past month have I felt such a surge. It should be noted that in the

past I have done more healing for others to include distance work. Of late,

I have focused on my own body a bit more - as the healthier I am the more I

can give.

 

Anyway Ramesh, can you explain this energy surge or shed some light on how

best to utilize this increase?
