Self Healing Shock

Hi Everyone: I have been doing hands on self healing for a long

time, with good results. Of late though, I have been experiencing

some unusual effects (something I would liken to a mild to

moderate " shock " wave) surging up my body, from the sternum to the

clavicle. It does not hurt, but gives me a small " jolt " .

 

The unusual feeling occurs when my palms are placed near the root

chakra. The intention I use in my treatment of self is Reiki based,

and it basically refers to soul clearing.

 

I am at a loss, to know what this feeling or energy is? It is

powerful, it happens each and every treatment, but it is a new and

strange surge.

 

Any wisdom from a healer would be greatly appreciated.
