Guest guest
Hi Jonnata, Thank you very much for your reply. It is such a good feeling to know that others think of you. I will have a closer look at EFT which is new to me. However, it's probably not new to my soul. When, during my self healing work, I contacted my soul (others call it counselor, subconcious etc.) one night, I got the answer that fear/anxiety was the main cause of my illness. So I started working on that. Shaking hasn't been a problem since and I am sure I will also overcome my other symptoms, I just have to be patient. Your experiences are a great help to me. I now know I am on the right path. Thanks! I am a Hypnotherapist and have a client with Parkinson's Disease. I have found that EFT works very well with her. That stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques and you can download the manual on Emofree.com if you are not familiar with the modality. One of the things that I have found is that my client has guilt and when we address that, the shaking/tremors completely subside. You may want to think about any guilt that you may be holding inside of you and you may want to find ways to release this. I hope that this is of help to you and I wish you the very best. I was diagnosed Parkinson's Disease in 1999 and decided not to wait and depend on others to help me. I am doing quite well. With a minimum of conventional medication, Ayurveda, daily meditation, visualization and affirmations I have been able to make great progress but sometimes I'd love to know someone believing in self healing as well. I am sure I'll get new ideas from the group and can perhaps also share my experience with you. Regards, Ruth FareChase - Search multiple travel sites in one click.
