Guest guest
Hi Donnalee, Thanks for thinking of me! No, I haven't been drumming but I am aware that music and rhythm helps a lot. For me personally it is the Mexican sound which turns on my movements. Also Indian music helps me a lot, although it is completely different. It would be interesting to know whether it has to do with nice memories which make you relax? Maybe we have a specialist in the group who knows it. There is a new body of evidence saying it helps.I know an older man who comes to the drum circle I go to and dances and says it helps his movement. Also walking to rythym. cordially, donnalee www.primalconnection.org - Ruth Zuckschwerdt Saturday, November 05, 2005 9:26 AM New Member Hello Thank you for accepting me in your group. Yes, I am real and very interested in self healing. I was diagnosed Parkinson's Disease in 1999 and decided not to wait and depend on others to help me. I am doing quite well. With a minimum of conventional medication, Ayurveda, daily meditation, visualization and affirmations I have been able to make great progress but sometimes I'd love to know someone believing in self healing as well. I am sure I'll get new ideas from the group and can perhaps also share my experience with you. Regards, Ruth FareChase - Search multiple travel sites in one click.
