I don't have a diet, really.

My familly (2 boys under 8 , my husband and I) eat a lot of prepared food that

is easy to

cook. It is not always junkfood, but it is fast food, for sure.

I tried for a long time to make balanced meals according to all the experts, but

it didn't

seems to be the right thing. So, I went more on instinct for the last year or

so.

I realise, now that I think of it, that we eat a lot of meals that have more

proteins then

anything else in them, and some orient inspired food (mostly rice and sautŽd

veggy with

some meat). And we do smaller meals with more snacks instead of three big meals

and no

snacks.

It seems to agree with us.

But I'm sure that we would benefit from more organic meat. Organic fruits and

vegetables

are fairely easy to purchase, but I'm still looking for a store in my

neighborhood that

carries organic meat of anykind.
