throat chakra

Hello. I just joined but had a question about my throat chakra. I had a

nightmare last night that there was something wrong with my throat and

I was getting up in the middle of the night to go look for some

vitamins/medicine. There were bottles and bottles of vitamins and

supplements on the kitchen table but none for the throat that I saw. In

the dream I must have been back with my ex because he came into the

kitchen asking what I was doing -accusingly/angry. (In real life he

suddenly popped up again after almost three years.) I almost felt like

I had to come up with some excuse at first but instead I got really,

really pissed and became violent. I remember at one point I picked him

up by the back of his neck and threw him. Anyway, I wanted to ask if

there's anything I can do to heal my throat chakra as it seems

something needs to be done besides getting angry. Thanks in advance.
