Guest guest
Hi, Kel and others. I thought some of you might appreciate this: Amelia Gerlach [ameliagerlach] Friday, January 05, 2007 4:15 PM To: 'GersonTherapy ' Back on Gerson! Hi, as many of you may know, I have systemic lupus and have been on Gerson Therapy on and off for a while now. Well, this holiday season, my “worst self” decided to try eating a few “forbidden” things, all organic, all “healthy”, but definitely not Gerson, such as whey shakes, salmon, Celtic salt, eggs, cereals. During that time, I had more migraine headaches than I can count, all my lupus symptoms came back (joint pain, fatigue, depression, muscle aches). I kept thinking well, maybe it’s this one food, maybe this other. After much pain and frustration, I have decided that food is just not worth it! I’ll do ANYTHING to feel well and be healthy again!! So, I am happy to report that I am back on the full Gerson Therapy! Amelia

Guest guest
Hallelujah Acres also sells one, it's called BarleyMax, Alfalfa-Free, I think. Look on their website... I know Jarrow also makes something similar. What I do (when I have the time and energy) is juice other stuff, like cabbage, green peppers, chard, lettuces, etc. and then I put just a tiny bit of carrot and Granny Smith apple for flavoring only. Have a great day, Amelia On Behalf Of Dan J Wednesday, January 10, 2007 11:49 PM RE: FW: Back on Gerson! How about this one: http://www.yeastinfectionadvisor.com/vrppgreens > " Kelly W. Guest guest
I do want to do this Amelia. I have to wait til my life gets settled and I know where home is going to be. Then I can concentrate on getting my grocery list going, etc. and devote my full effort to it. I will definitely let you know. It is always great to have someone for support and sticking to it.Brightest Blessings,ReneeAmelia Gerlach <ameliagerlach wrote: Hi, Renee.
