Go to http://www.scs-matters.com/downloads.shtml and scroll down to the link for " The Self Full Body Connection " under the heading " Free, Fun, and Useful. " I cannot answer your question about the aura photography. I had an aura photograph taken a couple of years ago and was not especially impressed by either the process or the result. The " lightening bolt " you described might have been faulty equipment or a problem with the film. It doesn't mean that aliens are among us--or that they aren't. It doesn't mean that you have an alien interested in you or influencing you. Taking the Reiki training would be a good first step in learning more about working with the Energy. Guest guest
Hello smartgirl: What would you like us to call you? The interesting thing about aura photography is that it picks up on one of the " soft " layers of the energy field, the emotional field. So often when you have one taken it will reflect your emotional status at the moment; it captures that fluid instant. If you were to focus on something that makes you feel excited, or relaxed, or angry, it would show up in your emotional body and change the photo you get. This is often done in little seminars where people have aura photos done. Several years ago my husband and I went to a psychic fair and had ours done; the lady taking them thought something was wrong with her camera, because our auras looked almost identical! There was a slight variation in one small area that showed his to be moving into a visionary place, and mine into a healing/teaching one. But we were very in sync with each other, I would say like soul twins, and it was gratifying to see that evidence in our photos. Our friend that went with us had hers done after ours, and it was completely different. I think aura photography could be a very useful tool to validate relaxation in people who have had bodywork, energywork or have been doing a breathing exercise, yoga or meditation. If the technology progresses, maybe we could see the changes in real time, and use that for biofeedback. As for your 'alien' presence, it could well be a spirit attachment, but it might also be a tear in your aura. My suggestion would be to have someone do an energetic assessment and go from there. There is nothing in this world that we need to fear (false evidence appearing real). If something happens, it is for a reason. Our attitude and intention can shift us into the direction we should be going in and can clear our energy and clarify our path.
