I have had anxiety issues since I was a teenager, but have had it mostly under control. However, lately, I am under a lot of stress and the anxiety has returned. About a month ago I began to notice I was feeling very dizzy, and my face and hands would tingle. I realized I was hyperventilating without knowing it. I tried a simple abdominal breathing exercise last night after feeling dizzy all day. Within a short time, I felt fine. I would love some breathing exercises from anyone that has any to share. The dizziness and tingling disappears when I relax or meditate, so I know there is nothing physically wrong with me.
