Guest guest
My thanks to those who have kindly explained Kundalini. I checked out the list of signs and symptoms and find that I've been experiencing many of them. I was confused because I couldn't seem to keep track of what was going on, or why, which led to imagination running riot at times, while at the same time my gut feeling was that there was nothing wrong with me either physically or mentally. I was, and am, getting memories from long ago which I thought I'd dealt with, and couldn't work out why they were coming up for review now. On silent meditation, I now know that the hurt was still there, and there had been no true forgiveness for others or myself, so the wounds were still open. Strangely, with the new knowledge I'm gaining, I'm finding it easier to let these things go, and feel more at ease with myself. Whatever is happening to me, it's certainly interesting, and in a way, it's like watching something from the sidelines as it unfolds. Thanks again for the help. Pam in Qld Australia. Guest guest
Hello Pam, Yes foregiveness is the golden Key. After that I would say surrendering to the process is also very important. Kundalini, for me, would indicate what to eat or not, whether to pray or meditate or not, whether or not to engage in any of a host of physical expressions. It would have sway over every aspect of my life and still does. People having this will move beyond the first infusion and into other experiences like bliss and spontaneous joy and different levels of 'awe' at the majesty of life. Too many more to list. I would only suggest Pam, to stay hydrated and dont panic if you feel your Kidneys swelling. I had this and spent about $1400.00 for imaging services that showed neg. renal gravel. When it comes to your second chakra this can occur. Eating watermelon greatly reduced the sensation of the swelling, though this seems to be a natural aspect of the Kundalini and not to be a concern. Part of the process at least for me and other people I have met. - blessings Pam - chrism

Hello Pam, Just a reminder that you could have some of these symptoms without having a Kundalini awakening. Other type of awakening could triggers similar effects, but to my knowlege, the symptoms are fewer and bening (meaning " small " : my english is escaping me tonight!) Myself, reaching for my inner power, I experienced some of those symptoms (still am): jerkins of the legs, mental confusion, opening of the third eye, vertigo... Without having an awakening... of any kind! It is always good to know we are not alone with these symptoms, but be careful of wishfull thinking: Kundalini awakening is not for every body and not everybody is expreriencing it. One thing is sure: there is nothing wrong with you, either way. With Love Josee
Guest guest
Hello Josee, At present, because I know so little (what is an " awakening " anyway?) I'm coasting. Watching and waiting, because I really don't know what is happening. Something certainly is, but it no longer worries me. I'm comfortable with it and content to let things open up at their own pace. Where it will lead, I have no idea, but it feels right. I appreciate the reassurance, Josee. Pam in Qld Australia.
