Kundalini- my initial experience with it.

As the energy or feeling of energy permeated

the body a chain reaction seemed to be building.

 

Movement was felt inside the spine and tailbone.

 

A feeling of powerful energies began to build or collect at the

base of the spine, and as they increased a pressure formed at this

base

until it gave way like a dam bursting.

 

Exquisite energies then

swept up the spinal column causing the back to arch backward and my

head is immediately wrapped in a swirling mass of energy, lights and

sounds and smells, visions and emotions.

 

Sensations of tiny electric currents are felt just below the scalp

zipping and fizzing their way around the head and often spreading

through out the body.

 

Extreme feelings of love and joy are felt as this energy convulses

the body with the intensity of an internal hurricane.

 

Oneness of All

that Is, was and is experienced. Universal love of All that Is, or

God was/is

felt intensely.

 

Beauty, Joy, love and a feeling of completion pervaded the body as

the energy began to fill the cranial spaces with a golden white

light that was/is viewed with eyes closed. The sensation of a bowl on

the top of the head extending down to the temples is perceived.

 

Some minor spastic movements and jerking of the body is

felt as the energy completes its foray in and around the

body.

 

No pain. but very strong forces of energy. - thanks for reading -

Good exposition ! It is the experience of Oness with All. High energy. The

Tantra part is most understood. In the West it is asssumed to be about sex, but

is not. It is about participating totally with life in all its aspects.
