Dear Michelle,

A big " THANK YOU " for that excellent article on headaches! That is the best,

most comprehensive information I have ever seen on headaches, and I thank

you so much for sharing it with us.

Migraines are " hereditary " with the women in our family, and not a month

goes by that I don't get a hormonal, " time of the month " headache. I am

always looking for something natural to alleviate them. I have just ordered

an herb called " maca-maca " from herbalhealer.com, which is supposed to

handle female hormonal imbalances. I will check in and let you all know if

it works! I have also found that sound frequency products have helped more

than anything with balancing the body.

The emotional imbalances mentioned in the article were fascinating, and,

quite accurate for me as well. The part about holding on to resentments

struck a chord with me. I have discovered something quite remarkable called

the Release Technique, which, very simply and profoundly, teaches you to LET

GO of ANY and ALL negative energy, problems, pain, illness, whatever you

don't want or is holding you back or making you angry or sad or broke,

INSTANTLY! I have spent a lifetime searching for answers, and, I believe

this is the answer. It solves problems, whatever they may be. What you

resist, persists, and if you stop resisting, and let go, it GOES!! It also

teaches that wanting is the opposite of having, and to let go of wanting and

start having instead. In other words, ALLOW instead of WANT. It works, and

is changing my life for the better rapidly. To learn more about it, their

website is www.releasetechnique.com.

Love and light to all,

Kathleen Caterino
