Guest guest Posted November 7, 2006 Report Share Posted November 7, 2006 Normally I'm a high energy type, physical and mental, but of late I'm sluggish and have difficulty rousing myself to do anything. I have a list of interests a mile long so there's plenty I could do. Then I read a post from someone who said she had " peacefulness in her life " ----- and it stopped me dead in my tracks, because I knew immediately that I didn't. There's turmoil, but I can't seem to get at what it is, and the instinct is to rush in 5 different directions at once! A couple of months ago I broke my wrist, and for the first time ever, I had to spend time on me, and I was impatient with having to " waste " precious time doing exercises for flexibilty. It felt selfish. Still does. I feel I need to get rid of that blockage if I'm to find peacefulness. Does working with chakras and meditation release physical energy? I have the diagrams from " Self full Body Connection " for healing touch, but haven't yet begun to work with them. Pam in Qld Australia.
