Guest guest
Hi Vickie! We often make some wonderful discoveries when we make mistakes (I would rather call them learning experiences). I agree that you were probably not grounded. Sometimes it is easy to forget, when you are in a hurry or not yet awake ...)))))). This is why I always use either my flat Firestone on my base Chakra or my flat Pyrite sun on my Solar Plexus Chakra - to ensure I am grounded. On bad days I use them BOTH!!! If you don't have a flat piece of Pyrite, a little chunk of it should also help. Jean Rogers Clark
Guest guest
I need to get grounded really bad. How does one get grounded? Thanks, Mary P.
Guest guest
Hello Mary, Have a favorite leisure-time activity you like to do? Immerse yourself in it. Feel and sense the energy being fueled by the passionate intensity of pleasure you derive in doing something you truly enjoy. When I feel myself start to float off and not be grounded, I take a fave CD (PinkFloyd), light a cranberry candle, turn off all the lights and plant myself into the rhythm of the music. Grounding is simpler if you appreciate that your ego is flexible and solitude is not an escape but a garden of re-discovery. sharing the light, ~enlightenedpsych2~ mefloridiot1 <mefloridiot wrote: I need to get grounded really bad.
