Most people take shallow breath's. This causes several complication's. Our bodies need for oxygen is so vital to our overall health. I have seen several techniques to enhance ones breathing. I beleive simply making a concious effort to take deep breath's and fill our lungs as deeply as possible & slowly releasing the air is a very benificial & relaxing way to breath.
