Breathing properly

Your posture weather lying down or standing up, makes all the

difference in your ability to breath properly. Most people take shallow

breath's. This causes several complication's. Our bodies need for

oxygen is so vital to our overall health. I have seen several

techniques to enhance ones breathing. I beleive simply making a

concious effort to take deep breath's and fill our lungs as deeply as

possible & slowly releasing the air is a very benificial & relaxing way

to breath. In with the good out with the bad.
