Guest guest
Electronic Nerve Stimulators Zap Headaches Electronic nerve stimulators implanted under the skin may provide relief for people who suffer from severe headaches. Many American doctors are studying the use of nerve stimulators in different areas of the head to ease pain, the Associated Press reports. The implants are battery powered and zap the targeted nerves with electric pulses. Research initially focused on the occipital nerve in order to soothe back- of-the-head headaches and whiplash-like pain. Researchers are now targeting the supraorbital nerve just above the eye in order to deal with frontal headaches and facial pain. About 20 million Americans suffer from severe headaches. As many as 10 percent of them have to deal with intractable facial or head pain. While researchers are optimistic that nerve stimulation can provide head pain relief for many people, they doubt it can offer any help for migraines. just get a zapper or better yet build onekarl theis jrvideo field reporterwww.RealityExpander.com Ch.10 TimeWarnerAustin,Texas cell 512 297-9875e-mail: theis888 www.exposureofthetruth.isfamous.comDo you ?
