Guest guest
If your attorney hasn't been bought off and isn't " pimping you Off " like mine and many others do, when your fighting the power stucture, this latest development may be strikingly to your advantage. One good technical error on appeal tom the next appellate level is woth more than years of arguing before a hostile or indifferent court, especially since you can continue your work while the appeal is ongoing which may take years, and then the reversal kind of forces the lower s=court to drop the case and/or the unfavorable politics may have resolved in the meanwhile, anyway. Been there, Dr Jim Bowen --- DiMaDuBo go for Profile <michiganmotormouth wrote: > - > " HHA News " <update > " HHA Members " <update > Friday, April 25, 2003 8:58 PM > HERBAL HEALER - URGENT BULLETIN!!! > > > > > > > > ARKANSAS ATTORNEY GENERAL ATTEMPTS > > TO CLOSE DOWN HERBAL HEALER WITH INJUNCTION > > > > Just recently, Arkansas Attorney Generals office > issued a very > > surprising petition for Injunction against all > defendants in > > this lawsuit.
