Guest guest
I found this list in an older Rodale cookbook very helpful SINCE I AM starting out. I modified it a little and hope it will encourage you to do what you can, one baby step at a time! Take as long as you need to make one permanent change at a time. Don't sweat the occasional times when you are away, sick, expecting, moving (you get the idea) and you can't be as strict about your diet. Make gradual overall changes and do the best you can. The Lord will honor your faithfulness in small things and one day you will be looking back on the long way all those baby steps have brought you. Our foods have become so processed that they are very unhealthy…….
