Michelle,

Be careful with colloidal silver –

it acts like an antibiotic, and will kill good bacteria in your system.

Carol,

There are no beneficial bacteria in your 'system' - only in your

digestive tract. Colloidal silver doesn't get the opportunity to kill

beneficial flora in the digestive tract, because it is absorbed into

the bloodstream very quickly. Delivering the CS to the bowel becomes

a problem in a bowel infection, usually necessitating the drinking of

huge amounts of it to hopefully propel it through by pressure alone,

but even that doesn't work very well, so enemas are the preferred

route.

Colloidal silver is commonly used for lyme. I invite you to read from

the silver list archives at:

http://escribe.com/health/thesilverlist/index.html

Where you'll see that it's the only thing that worked in some people.

I have been using a ounce to an ounce and a half a day for a good seven years now and have had no problems. It has been said that Dr. Beck of Colloidal silver and zapper fame at one time was taking a couple of quarts a day of it. He may have been taking enzyme supplements.

I think you should really be taking some good

I'll pick some up next time I go to Spokane but in the seven years I've been using Colloidal Silver I have not spent one sick day.. I did feel nauseous for a few minutes a few months ago but that is it. No colds, no flu. I will give the Acidophilus a try tho.

Well, it sounds like you’re doing

well without it –you are probably not using enough of it at a time to

Bifidobacteria is even more useful than acidophilus as a beneficial

bacterial culture. You can find both in many natural yogurt products.

Colloidal silver doesn't do much in the bowel, but if you're going to

take a bacterial culture, don't take it with the colloidal silver, take

it two hours before or 3/4 hour after the silver. If it is exposed to the

silver it will be made inert.

But most of a probiotic doesn't make it to the bowel alive anyway, so

feeding the culture you already have with inulin works better than adding

more culture. Stonyfield Farms yogurt contains a small amount of inulin.

As a general reply to the general 'nonsense' comment, my homemade

colloidal silver has saved two lives that I know of. On the silver list,

several people have treated their Lyme with it.

It has stopped many cases of flu and colds in their tracks, pinkeye in

less than four hours, and infections in four to eight hours.

Because the germs don't respond well to placebo, one must consider the

the opposite your statement as being a possibility. Colloidal silver is

" Inexpensive, and it makes good sense "

I make mine pretty strong, about 38 parts per million, which some people say is

unnecessary.

Remarkable healing power of velvet antler. Takes the

growing a rack of horns in an amazing amount of time tells you of

the growth factors, the excellent help with arthritis,

osteoporosis, an anti - aging item as nature's link to immune

enhancement, athletic performance ( USSR athletes famous for

Isn't deer velvet, or deer antler, a source of glucosamine? Just for one thing.

Deer velvet is full of undigested proteins which when digested provide

amino acids. It is promoted as containing growth hormones HGH as well,

but in this form HGH is digested and not absorbed. Also, you have to

ignore potential contamination by mycoplasma, nanobacteria, bacteria and

virus in order to enjoy it.

Depends on your sources Carol;

Bear in mind that the guvmint is clearing the field of colloidal silver

makers in order to allow multinational corporations to take over. Silver

is already in several medications, has been for years, in antiobiotic

plastics destined for high-traffic areas, and is used to treat both

sewage and drinking water.

I avoid quoting sources with an agenda, and once you weed out the

government's views and Quackbusters, who hate all things alternative, you

are left with uniformly good reports.
