Because the 'glut' breaks down so easily, I have heard to 'shake' a beverage you put it in, not to put it in blender. With a difficult to mix one like Immunocal, put the dry whey in a cup, add a few tablespoons water, stir with a fork for a couple of minutes,then add the rest of the water.
