Requires that immunization exemptions be provided to all.Connecticut HB 6284 Provides exemptions from immunizations, and requires certain warnings from physicians, and impose penalties for failing to warn, and to publicize the existence of exemptions.Connecticut SB 243 In the event of compulsory vaccinations, persons may refuse to be vaccinated on the basis of their beliefs..Connecticut SB 403 Allows for an exemption from required student immunizations.Idaho HB 368 Amends existing law relating to immunization requirements to require notification of a vaccine recipient; and to prohibit denial of admission or services based upon failure to be immunized.Illinois SB 2011 Provides that the objection by the parent or guardian of a child entering a child care facility sets forth the specific religious belief which conflicts with the immunization(s). The religious exemption may be personal and need not be directed by the tenants of an established religious organization. Delete language that provides that any standard involving immunizations shall include appropriate exemptions for children whose parents object on the grounds that they are conflicting.Mass SB 529 An act prohibiting the mandatory vaccination of school children.Maine HB 384 (LD 499) Allows a parent to choose not to vaccinate a child against chicken pox for school attendance.Missouri SB 112 Allows parents to refuse to vaccinate their child for religious, philosophical, and medical reasons.Minnesota SB 1078 Requires certain information related to immunizations to be provided; modifies record keeping requirements.. ****Pass As Amended****New Jersey AB 3610 Permits student exemption from Hepatitis B vaccination requirement based on philosophical or moral objection.New York SB 693 Clarifies ambiguities regarding the medical exemption for mandatory immunizations for students. New York SB 694 Removes requirement that religious beliefs be genuine and sincere in order to provide an exemption from mandatory immunizations for students.
