He changed his diet--vegetarian, no animal and remains that way too. 6 weeks it took, but surely worked. We are anti drug people, so we sought out alternative practioner to assist. Guest guest
Aw. Give up the seafood. If, anyways, you mean shellfish, and the various crustaceans. They are the most likely ones to be contaminated by mercury and other heavy metals, as well as the pcbs and other chemicals. All living on the bottom. And then from some religious perspectives they are considered unclean. But even if not of one of the those perspectives, from the perspective of health, look out for any amounts of mercury in meat. I had a doctor once explain to me how the same heavy metals in plants (mercury, cadmium, lead, et al) get a different ionic charge to them than when you ingest them from other sources. When one gets them in plants, they will actually chelate to the same contaminants in your body (different charges attract) and take the poisons out of the body. But when in a flesh supply, they do the flesh of the other creature, what they do in your own flesh. Poisons. So, I'd encourage you to cut off the favorite. What do you favor more, your body and its complex working in coordination with your mind, or the sea creatures? Ed Oh, just encouraging. We all have our own particular things that need to be given up yet, or even new habits that we need to start. So, I'd be in the same ball park as yourself, just different items. - luckypig Saturday, July 19, 2003 10:26 AM Hi Carol//Re: Re: HEALTH Tidbits Hi: I am a firm believer in homeopathic ways and helping your body naturally, BUT, I share all info I get as I don't believe in censorship.
