Exemption forms and letters of exemption, etc...

 

For those of you who know someone who needs an exemption, we have them in the following URL's. Also please email any forms or links to forms to Dewey Duffel at Vaccination Liberation. He's our excellent webmaster and has done an excellent job at building the exemption page. His email is duffelThere are several states that have their own Certificates of Religious exemption and can only be picked up at their local health depts. However, those states still need an effective letter to turn in to the health dept in order to obtain the exemption. So please pitch in and share if you have a good letter or form that you have made. We DO appreciate all the help we get from all you wonderful folks.Please download these and share with other anti-vac websites who may want a compilation of different states' forms and/or letters.
