I have seen Duncan on many lists for many years and he is a kind compassionate person who has helped many people and not harmed any that I know of. I don't know Doris except to say that her computer skills need some help. It seems your character needs some help also. It can make a vitamin or mineral imbalance even worse, it can mask a problem, it can cause new problems, etc. What I know is that only your body can heal itself. You have to be on a healing diet, exercise, meditate, and detoxify. No magic pills, whether medications or supplements, will work if you don't have this healing lifestyle. Most people who think that I am insulting or rude are people who are hawking MLM products. People who are really interesting in learning something can easily see through these scams. -- Donald E.
