Dear Gayle, thank you for that heads up, but do you know there is a more

serious problem that needs fixing? Do you know what the term "vaccinosis"

means? IT is the medical definition of illness and death caused by drug

vaccinations. There is an antiquated USDA Federal law called the Virus-Serum-Toxin

Act of 1913 that restricts anyone from selling homeopathic vaccine nosodes.

The penalty is confiscaton of products/closing your business down, a fine

of $1000, and jail time. It matters not to the USDA that homeopathic vaccine

nosodes have been proven to be safe and effective in immunizing people and

animals for over 2000 years ( goes back to the Greek physicians Aristotle,

Socrates 300B.C.) In England there is a current research study by Dr. Christopher

Day proving Parvo Homeopathic nosodes produce 90% immunity in dogs with no

side reactions.. There are over 750 links on the website of articles written

on animal vaccinosis ( also mentions people vaccinosis) authored by many

holistic veterinary practicioners, immunologists, phd's in biology and kennel

breeders. This act not only perpetrates this health hazard to animals but

is unfair as it denies the American public the right to choose. Once this

is changed in animal health laws, the next obvious step is for health of

infants and adults that are maimed and killed by drug vaccinations. Please

publish the attached letter to mount a massive letter writing campaign in

Congress to change this law, to exempt homeopathy vaccine nosodes. I have

given the points to cover when the public writes/call/faxes their representatives

May I ask, is there someone fighting this law? What I mean is, did someone get arrested for selling nosodes? I'm not a homeopath, just a student of. and I have purchased vaccine nosodes. It's never been a problem.

It's old law, that no one is aware of??

Gayle, no one has challenged this law to my knowledge. Because my website

has such high profile ( my webmaster has done a fantastic job getting me

top position on all the search engines) that the USDA investigators who search

for products that violate this law, found me and are threatening me with

confiscation of all my products/shutting me down, fine of $1000 and jail

time! Any product according to this law, that claims immunizing animals has

to have a permit granted by the USDA. The permit requires years of research

with thousands of horses, dogs, cat, etc.proving my nosodes are safe and

effective. In order to satisfy these requirements, I would knowingly have

to inflict suffering and death on my control animals to prove the point.

Every moral fibre in my being refuses to do that. So there I am, violating

the law, unless we can change it in Congress.I would venture to guess that

no one in the general americal public is aware of this law. By definition,

even herbs manufacturers that claim their products stimulate the immune system

are also violating this law, this is what the USDA investigator told me.

Please see a typical vaccinosis puppy heartbreaking email that I get all

the time. we HAVE GOT TO DO SOMETHING!. dd
