Posting suggestion - Please Read

Thanks to those who post regularly on this

forum, and I do appreciate your

expertise and research.

 

I would like to request - since the number

of posts is so great, with some people sending

one line replies and others sending long articles -

I am getting the Digest form, which requires

scrolling down through 20 or more posts in one

email -- Will you please delete or truncate the

post to which you are responding, so that each

new reply does not carry a long trail of the

articles or comments to which you have responded?

 

For one thing, all the blahdeblah info at the

end, with the links about health_and_healing etc

does not need to appear, over and over.

A brief reference to a post ,or copy and paste a paragraph

if needed will be sufficient to clue us in.

 

So please, don't just hit " Reply " and go for it,

take a minute to clean up your post - I would

greatly appreciate that.
