Guest guest
For starters if you are healthy, why become infected and a carrier. I would not take. If sick, there is always the old standbys, stay home, get plenty of rest and drink lots of fluids such as orange juice. Fresh is best. There are many over the counter pills you can take for congestion of the face and lungs. That coupled with rest and fluids go along way towards getting better. Eating healthy, taking vitamins is also a good foundation. Many flu strains can be treated with the above methods and be conquered. Guest guest
The worst thing one can do is to take a NSAIDS pain reliever that target the symptoms. The best action when one gets a viral disease is to sweat it out (hyperthermia). I was afflicted with polio in my early teens and the nurses at St. Benedict's Hospital in Ogden, Utah gave me long sessions in a very hot Hubbard Tub and full body hotpacks. I was cured in a few weeks. Since i came down with it just after Summer break after 6th grade began, i did not miss a single day of school. ;-( Interestingly enough, they still forced me to take the polio vaccinations after they were invented even though i had already had polio. >For starters if you are healthy, why become infected and a carrier. Guest guest
What happens when you can't go to the store to shop for that which will help you relive the disease which you contracted? Will this come to a mass shopping list and delivery system to be immediately profited off of.? Christ Michael >I agree with you BTW...and my kids and I were not vaccinated.
