Contact your credit card company and let them know what has happened, they

will investigate and credit you back for your purchase.

That is one good thing about making a credit card purchase, they (credit

card co) will stand behind you on your purchases:)

Buyer Beware-Avoid kidneysite.com and Cystone!

 

 

I ordered something from a website about two weeks ago. They billed

my credit card ten days ago - and I'm still waiting for delivery. I

have sent emails - to no avail. The site is " www.kidneysite.com "

and the product was Cystone. Buyer Beware! I guess I learned a

lesson.
