I wonder about the truthfullness of this report

considering the effect of reporting more cows with mad

cow would have on the meat industry with people not

eating any beef and beef products byproducts.

Ranchers wanting their cattle to be tested, but they are not!

Government closing its eyes doesn't make the problem go away.
