Guest guest
Hello everyone, I am 35 years old, since many years ago I wake up feeling awfull when cloudy, foggy, from october to may is very extreme, from may to september gets only better when dry and when the sky is completely blue, but as soon as clouds fly over I feel bad again, the worst time is in the mornings when I am still in bed feeling like a truck has stept over my body, inmediately after I feel hopeless and depressed half an hour later (still in bed) slowly I start feeling better but if the weather stays gray I remain feeling heavy and tired the rest of the day, when the weather is wet, foggy or cloudy I inmediatelly get worse and it disappears as soon as the sky is truly blue and the weather is dry. Within one day I feel better or worse many times depending on the clouds in the sky. My PMS is extreme but the worst of all are the cravings for food whenever cloudy, foggy or unestable, also in summer when gray but when dry and blue I don´t eat almost any food at all. Nobody in my family has a similar illness, only my grandmother had a terrible rheuma all her life. I have pain in my neck, shoulders and other trigger and tender points but only if I press on. I feel a general very light pain all over not being able to tell where is coming from. I do have pain on my midd. back (only since 6 months ago but so far constant). WHn wether is dry and blue all the pains go away. So far I have tried with very little or no simprovement at all the following: vitamin b complex cod liver oil flaxseed oil light therapy St. John´s w. I would very much like to know if anybody has any opinion or advice. I am not sure if is rheuma, or fibromyalgie, or SAD, or Bipolar etc....I will start taking fish oil soon and magnesium hopping it helps, but not knowing what I have, to fight back becomes very difficult. Could it just be rheuma? but then, where do the cravings come from? Any opinion, advice etc...will be great help.So far the Doctors I have seen were not able to help at all, they only adviced pain killers or anti depressants. many thanks Mail - More reliable, more storage, less spam
