I am an acupuncturist, if I can help you I will try. What was the info you needed? Isabell
Guest guest
Hi I have been going to an acupuncturist for osteoarthritis in both hands. It does a great job at relieving pain. have been going every two weeks for almost a year. So what I would like to know is it just for pain relief and will I always have to go on a regular basis. I'm going to have to stop going as my insurance does not pay and every visit costs 55 dollars. thanks for any info. Joanna

Guest guest
Yes, because the health of women's menses are of great interest in Chinese diagnosis.... It generally takes several months to even think about pregnancy... Many patients have been on the Pill for several years and it takes many months of treatment to balance out the body... The health of the man is also important and most acupuncturists (myself included) prefer to treat both the potential father and mother no matter what the Western diagnosis...
