Hi Moira,

I just read Al's post to you and I am just as frustrated as him about what can

be done for your mom. I don't know a whole lot about strokes in the spinal

cord, but I know that a japanese acupuncturist invented a device called

'pachi-pachi' that is supposed to be great for symptoms of limb weakness

associated with stroke. If your acupuncturist is interested in purchasing one,

let me know and I will find the address where you can order one. Like Al said,

there are various things one needs to know in order to give specific advice.
