Using Acupressure for Labor?

Hello Lauren and List,

 

I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist therefore most of my interest in this is

more acupressure use, but the information is very valuable. Presently I'm

expecting my 4th child in early September and plan to try using aromatherapy

to which I've been trained in for several years, and use acupressure for pain

relief during Labor. I'm not one who tolerates pain well but I want to give

a devoted try to natural childbirth this time. But if I can't take it and

this labor turns out to be a long one like my last one I'll be calling for

the epidural again no doubt.

 

So any information anyone can contribute and share on acu points to use

during Labor would be appreciated. I have some sources I'm going to compile

myself a document to print and have ready to take with me to the hospital so

my dear one can help remind me which ones to try or implement or I may just

put on acubeads at home and wear to the hospital.
