Hi Greg, I am going to TCM school in Denver, Colorado USA. I was fascinated by your post here. I am equally interested in the TCM, 5E and Homeopathy. I can't seem to find sources of info for homeopathy and TCM although I know I cannot be the only one that has seen some similarities... May I ask where did you go to school? How much Homeopathy did they teach there? Any people you could refer me to? Thanks, Christina Schultz Geovani: IMHO....if you read the first two books from the descoverer himself - Hanemann - you certainly won't miss much. Read them a few times, though... until you get the grip of the very few fundaments of Homeapathy. ( " Organon " and " Cronic Deseises " ). Then read the introduction from Kent's repertory, also a few times........You will be able to understand any other " variations on the theme " ... But....if you are thinking in " mixing both " , then, also IMHO, ....you must practice each of them separatly for some time. The dinamics of the homeopathic reactions, the " ways of reacting to remedy " need some " time " to be absorbed... Probably there is something going on somewhere, ....people experimenting with both........I am not acquainted...(anybody knows something about it?) If you don't mind me bringing up veterinary practice, it's not uncommon for the 2 approaches to be combined for animals. If there is interest, I could post some comments from one well known vet, who dicusses how to combine the 2 approaches, and addresses issues such as which acupuncture points are OK to use with homeopathic remedies, which should be avoided, how long to wait after using one approach before using the other, etc. Again, this is from a vet, and I realize that this list is geared for humans, so I don't know how appropriate it is to post on this list--but I assume that it applies to humans as well!
