Guest guest
geovani> It seems to me that the points names are of a fundamental importance. After all they represent some deep meaning concerning the points " inner psichology/phisiology/spirituality " gathered through centuries of pragmatic expterimentation. My question here is: " Are the names translations consistent from one author to another; are there big discrepancies, and wich translation/compilation would be moust recomended (names)? " thx geovani
Guest guest
In my experience the Point names or the " Spirits of the point " as we call them are quite important to Five Element. And yes there are lots of variation to do with translations and different schools of thought. The best book is one the college put out for a while of J.R. Worsley's Spirits of Points. but is no longer available because of politics. I am enlarging my webpage to include some stuff on the Spirits of Points One book a suggest you do not look at is Grasping the Wind. This seems just opinions from a group who have no real experience of Spirit Level Acupuncture. All the Best Gye - geovani acupuncture Tuesday, December 07, 1999 11:21 acupuncture Points names geovani> It seems to me that the points names are of a fundamental importance.
