Guest guest
If you flex the foot over the leg, anterior tibial muscle protrudes and forms like a " mountain " in the upper insertion of the muscle. The point is in the middle of it. Tsu San Li is the commander of all the Yang in the body, so after manipulating the needle a little while you'll get the irradiating sensation. Guest guest
I was taught in school that it was three cun, (or four of the patients fingers), down from Dubi, (St 35). St 35 is the right " eyehole " of the knee. The point is pretty large, so it shouldn't be too hard to find. Make sure your needle is perpendicular to the point. R. Then I stop moving up, and I move out a few fingerbreadths until I feel the point. You can also ask your patient, they will know when you are on it. -- Greg Dember
