Guest guest
" JCarrion " <jcm00055 Yes and going on with the same: I puncture the points one by one (not from one to the other) and I puncture all the points on the same session of treatament, if there're too much points I prefer to leave the pain treatment for the next day. I learnt this through Chinese theories and I began using some of them, and only the shu points directly related to emotions (44b,45b,47b...) and afterwards I realized it was much more powerfull puncturing all the points and using too the shu (13,15,18b...). You can use the 11b + 49b of course, but is more effective 23+54b (the real cause of the bones problems could be into the Water movement, and usually the patients have lost their way, so 18+19+47+48b, and remember that every emotion is linked with a movement and organ, but all of them born into the land-spleen, so: 20b+49b. And the next day, yes you can use the 11b (bones) and whatever you want. Combine as you want, there's no problems on it, but this is my experience, and I'd thank you if find something better to tell us, we all will be learning from each others (and from our patients themselves). The translations of the points are always difficult because you can not translate the meaning of an image (rounded with philosophy and culture): better I think in my modesty if you talk with ancient traditional chineses masters, and take the hard of all this. I like too much the ideas and books of Giovanni Maciocia. By the way: Janine, how are the studies on TCM in Hawaii? Do you have hospitals or just one-day-clinics? Anything you need, so I am here, for the bennefit of our patients. Look after you all. geovani> Thanks for these further clarifications/opinions. You now...JC, I am studying TCM with a chinese master, but the conditions are not the best possible, (he comes to this island not too often) so I make an effort to learn from all directions. About Giovanni Maciocia: which - in your opinion - are the moust important books from Giovanni? These ideias about the " emotional " points are in any of Giovanni's books? The best ones: Traditional , Ginecology in Chinese medicine, Tongue diagnosis and the four books The fundamental principles in TCM. This is directly translated from my language edition, so I don't know the exact names, but there're are english editions. On these books you can find all the theory and the acupoints through chinese view and explanations, every point is commented with energetic effects and indications, not adapted to Western medicine.
