Guest guest
geovani> Could anybody give some details concerning the needling procedure in tonification in 5-E acup.? I am reading Vol II (Trad. Diagn.) Question: In tonification insertion is slow, then a 180 degree turn and exit fast. One single animation on this would be enuff to clear it but: - About how many seconds takes a " slow insertion " , meaning the time it takes for the needle to MOVE inside? - How many seconds the needle stays in? - Is the 180 deg. turn made imediatly after insertion? - I beleive that the first 2-3 mm (skin and sup. tissues) are punctured in a faster fashion, yes? and... - I understand that in tonification one can't use the " guiding tube " , unless one makes several short taps with the finger (probably not) And in sedation, do you use the guiding tube?
