Treating knee tears of medial meniscus

I am trying to figure out the best way to use bioelectronics to treat 2

minor knee tears in the medial mensicus. Is it better to treat them from

the front/kneecap OR from the back of the knee?

 

The 2 tears are:

()1 minor medial meniscus tear horizontal involving free edge of central

portion of medial meniscus.

() 1 minor vertical oblique corner tear involving posterior horn of medial

meniscus extending to the inferior articular surface.

 

Any suggestions or success stories of how to use home-based bioelectronics/

Rife / Beck / magnetic pulsers / acupuncture to treat these minor tears?
