Yes,

....the complete process is...

1. Put both thumbs on the adam's apple and stretch down and up at

the same time.

2. Now walk outwards to the left side of the throat, stretching the

throat area in the same manner. Do until you reach the jugular vein.

3. Now, do the other side, walk outwards to the right side of the

throat, stretching the throat area in the same manner. Do until you

reach the other jugular vein.

4. Now, lightly pinch the point of the adams apple with the thumb

and forefinger of the right hand.

5. Put the thumb, index finger and middle fingers together in a

three finger notch...and using the tips of those 3 fingers, weave

figure 8's, left to right, over the thyroid gland. Do about 20

times, or intil your intuition lets you know you've done enough. I

normally just count 20, then go on to the next part...

6. During the entire process, I do focus on the breath...in slowly

through the nostrils, expanding the lungs DOWN into the diaphram...

....a pause (1001)...then exhale out through the mouth...(1001), and

continue until done.

That type of breathing will accidently help normalize Triple Warmer,

and that area is very involved with Triple Warmer.

That will help for a bit.

I suggest you just add that to your daily routine, a routine that

fits you and your own private concerns.

I do know that my daily routine is totally different than anyone

else I know. That is because we all have different projects we are

working on.
