Donna recommends the " Crown Pull " because of the accumulation of energy that occurs at the top of your head during studying. See page 77-79 of Energy Medicine. She also recommends the knuckle of your forefinger on your upper lip, a memory/concentration point. Being homolateral causes one not to be able to concentrate fully. So do the normal drills for homolateral. Break times about every 55 minutes are also good to clear out those cobwebs of the mind. Some times a nice self-hypnosis segment intending is very benifical just prior to study... So take yourself to a deeper level of mind using any physical/mental relaxtion drill, then give yourself specific instruction of what you desire, ie... " I am studying subject XXX...So, anytime I need this information all I need to do is take a deep breath (creating a kinesthetic anchor) and this subject XXX I am studying will come to mind quickly, automatically and easily. " ....and just when you notice you have those cobwebs... Take yourself again to a deep level of mind using any type of physical/mental relaxation, then give yourself the following instructions... " I have cobwebs of the mind and I cannot think clearly. I don't want to have cobwebs of the mind. I want to be able to think clearly...so I am going to count from one to five and on the count of five I'm going to be WIDE AWAKE, feeling fine, feeling clear headed...one...two...three...on the count of five I'm going to be WIDE AWAKE, feeling fine, feeling clear headed...four...five... I'M OPENING MY EYES, feeling WIDE AWAKE, feeling FINE...and feeling CLEAR HEADED...and it is SO! " Have fun. > > --- End forwarded message ---
