Hi Sandy, I think Rick has some real good points about using EFT as far as getting at the unconscious issues of weight loss methods not working as well as we'd like them to. And those same tapping skills, when done with your on criteria in the affirmations will definitively help in the " stealing the spirit " part. Debbie's collection of back posts are also very valuable. I printed them out, and have been filling in the spaces with the exact methodologies of how, when and where to do each drill specifically. Thank you Debbie. Can I ask a question, Sandy? What are you already doing as far as weight loss goes? Then, the group can probably give some hints that will enhance your current health, strength, a healthy weight, and looking good, as your original post inquired about. Warmly, Dr. John M.
