A SECRET Energy Drill To Better Coordination in Athletes!

I'm pretty sure it's the modified " cook's " position...

 

Which is a great brain enhancer for athlete's in competition against

others.

 

....where you hold the left hand straight out infront of you with the

thumb towards the floor...

 

....reach the right hand under the left hand and interlace the

fingers of both hands togethers, both thumbs still pointing towards

the floor...

 

Now bring the enclosed fists to the belly button, up the Central

Meridian, and to the base of the chin...

 

Cross your ankles...

 

Now breath in deeply through the nose...

 

....out through the mouth...

 

Do about 7 - 12 breaths in that position.

 

The Triple Warmer is reduced.

 

The body is relaxed.

 

The energies are now crossing over in figure 8's like they are

supposed to.

 

And both right brain hemisphere and left brain hemispheres are

balanced and working together in sync.

I mainly use the sitting down method, as well as the other variation

you taught us in York the year before last (the one John Diepold

taught to wrestlers), those two fit me with much better than this

one. Probably becaues I am screwed up :>

 

Try all 3 then use the ones that work for you better.
